It was in October 2021 when Xavier and Jordi had the idea of simplifying the complex Online Reputation Management Softwares and make an App to 400M small Business Owners.

We took a full month to organise the work and create the MVP Roadmap, and since, an exceptional focus has been one of the traits of this venture. Planning carefully before doing is even more important when resources are limited.

The first version of Localboss with it's Bossy Star as logo was launched on March 2022, barely 4 months after ideation by Xavier and Jordi. It was the app that validated usage among our first Business Owners, who we call "Pioneers".

After seeing the great adoption of the free version of the App we decided to launch (finally!) the first paid version. Only few days after launch, we got our first paying client.

2023 was a key moment for us. We joined the Acceleration program organized by Telefonica and the Tarragona council which representend a big push for our project.

Still in Tarragona, we were given another prize in the 'Premis Empren' from La Diputació de Tarragona. Any public institution help is welcomed when you are starting up.

20th of October 2023, that's the date! After seeing the great adoption and customer growth we decided to get serious about it and incorporate the company in the Spanish registry.

A big milestone! Reaching our customer #100 and managing over 2,000 locations for our customers.

Being an incorporated company led to bigger contracts and bigger customers and we brought Marc to the team, who has become in short time a real BOSS

In December, we went to Berlin as nominees for the 'Fastest Growing App' of 2024 at the App Growth Awards and came back as winners!

To honor our newly obtained award, we reached the 500 active customers milestone

Along with the long-awaited full-time hire of Jordi, the team grows with Sonia and David joining us as interns.

After a year of paperwork, we closed an internal funding round backed by a loan from ENISA. With this operation, we've got all the resources we need to stay focused on our thing: building an awesome product.

In just 4 months we went from 500 to 750 active clients. Growth is speeding up and more bosses around the world are managing their reviews with Localboss.

Our customers asked for more, so we gave them more: we launched the web app so groups, chains, and agencies can manage all their reviews in one place.

Second time's the charm! Spain's leading restaurant chains association awarded us the prize for Most Innovative Concept.

Cintia arrives to transform how businesses manage their reviews. It learns, understands and improves with each reply.

Almost 1,000 active subscriptions! We got the whole team together at one of our favorite client spots: Cera 23.

We changed our name from the super-loved Localboss to Cinquo to keep growing and serving more businesses around the world.

After a few months as a team of four, we celebrated a Portaventura trip with Dana officially joining us for her internship.

We launched our first physical product: branded NFC + QR cards that staff hand directly to customers to collect more Google reviews.

We hit 1,000 active subscriptions! A milestone that represents years of hard work, product love, and the trust of businesses from around the world.
