Are you a review removal company?
No. Cinquo is a Google review management platform. This service helps our customers navigate Google's complex process to take down reviews that break its policies. We don't remove legitimate opinions.
Which reviews can you remove?
Only those that Cinquo's detector identifies as removable: spam or fake content, conflict of interest, off-topic content, hate speech, personal information or harmful content. If a review doesn't break Google's policies, we don't take it on.
How much does the service cost?
€50 per removed review. It's success-based only: no fees, no upfront payments, and if Google doesn't remove the review, you pay nothing.
How long does it take to remove a review?
Google usually takes 5 to 20 business days to review a report. If it's rejected and we appeal, the process can take several weeks. We handle the follow-up the whole time.
What happens if Google rejects the report?
We file the appeal for you. If Google ultimately decides to keep the review, you pay nothing.
